Hairplant ApS (CVR-no. 43691309) processes your personal data with full respect for your privacy. We only collect information necessary to deliver our services — including name, email, and relevant health details in connection with your treatment. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a consultation or treatment with Hairplant you agree to our terms. All prices are quoted in USD. Hairplant reserves the right to amend prices and package contents with prior notice. Any disputes shall be resolved under Danish law with the Copenhagen City Court as the agreed venue.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits for treatments are fully refunded if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the planned procedure. For cancellations within 14 days, Hairplant reserves the right to retain the deposit. Consultations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
